How we manage multiple Social Media accounts without losing our s**t.
Okay, so we don't always have it together, but we give it our best shot!
Right now, Soda Creatives is managing five different social media accounts, on top of our own. It might not sound like much, but when you crunch the numbers, we're looking at 18 feed posts each week (not even counting our own stuff). That means at least 18 pics (and some videos) plus captions. Then we have to upload, respond to comments, track down trendy audio, and the list goes on. So how do we keep our sanity intact? Here are some tips:
Set aside time for digital marketing. Social media won't create itself, so you need to invest time in it. We dedicate two solid days a week, but you may not need this much time. Once a week for a few hours is a great start.
Brainstorm ideas and filter them. Not every idea is a good one. Sit down, brainstorm, and then filter your ideas from your audience's perspective.
Plan your content creation, batch record, and edit. Whenever possible, record at the same time and check off multiple content ideas. The same goes for editing; edit images and videos together for better flow.
Use the right tools. We use a program called Notion to plan and collaborate on our content. We then use Lightroom to edit our images, and Capcut or Premiere Pro for video (depends on who’s editing).
Schedule where possible. Facebook Meta allows you to use their business suite to schedule your content, and it's not terrible. We still manually post reels for better control, but everything else gets scheduled.
Social media marketing can be a bit of a challenge, but no worries! With the right strategies and techniques, it can become a breeze. Want some extra help? Follow us for more tips and tricks tailored to marketing your business!
