    Learn a simple system to plan, create, review, schedule, and publish content consistently. This workshop introduces your Notion portal and shows you how to use it to manage your content workflow.

    • Why systems matter (saving time and reducing stress)

    • The content lifecycle: plan → create → review → schedule → publish

    • Introduction to Notion portals

    • Understanding the content database structure

    • Using a calendar to plan ahead

    • Content card basics (what to track)

    • A clear review and approval process

    • Scheduling basics in Meta Business Suite

    Hands-on action session

    • Receive your custom Notion portal (set up by Soda Creatives)

    • Guided walkthrough to create your first content card

    • Add 2 weeks of content ideas into your calendar

    • Practice moving content through stages (draft → review → scheduled)

    • A functioning Notion portal with 2 weeks of content ideas logged

  • Duration: 2.5 hours (1 hour learning + 1.5 hours action)

    What it’s about

    Create real content with support and guidance. You will learn practical content creation skills, then build and schedule content using your own business photos and videos.

    What we cover

    • Social media size guide (what works where)

    • Mobile photography basics (lighting, angles, composition)

    • Video recording best practices (framing, stability, sound)

    • Editing videos in CapCut (beginner-friendly)

    • Creating graphics in Canva (templates + brand consistency)

    • Writing captions that drive engagement

    • Using AI tools to support captions and ideas

    • Local hashtag strategy and calls to action

    Hands-on action session

    • Review and select the best photos and videos you brought

    • Edit 1 video in CapCut

    • Create 1 graphic in Canva

    • Write 2–3 captions (including one with AI support)

    • Add hashtags and calls to action

    • Organise everything in your Notion portal

    • Schedule 2–3 posts in Meta Business Suite

    You’ll leave with

    • 3+ pieces of ready-to-publish content (scheduled for the coming week)
